Born in 1977 in Singapore, Ayako is a spiritual person whos mind can see beyond what the normal typical person sees, and some of those visions are conveyed in her artworks. Although she wanted to major in fine art when she was young, for practical reasons, her grandpa convinced her to major in architectural design instead a different form of art than what she had in mind. Nevertheless, her love remains committed to the arts, mainly oil painting and drawing, so even while studying architecture she helped finance her education by creating over 300 works of art paintings and drawings which was sold to individuals and businesses by simple word of mouth. Her paintings and drawings are abstract intuitive art pieces which have a style and uniqueness that is all her own. Each art piece can either be an image of another persons character, a message, a reflection of a spiritual experience, a vision, an inspiration, or an emotion.
