Lee has a BA in Graphic Art and Design, over 18 years experience as a graphic artist and over 25 years as a professional freelance artist. Awards won in the last year include: 1st sculpture, 1st charcoal, 1st and 2nd pastel, 1st oils, and 3rd works on canvas, 3rd in watercolor. In 1999 she was elected to serve on the Midwest City Art Board. Lee is presently employed as an artist for the OK State Tourism Exhibit and Design Department. Art has long been my passion. I work in a wide variety of mediums. I work in oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, charcoal, pennink, prismacolor pencil, and airbrush. I have worked with several 3D mediums and my job with the OTRD has given me an even wider variety of mediums for large sculpture and murals depicting wildlife and scenery in beautiful Oklahoma. I work from photos or sittings or on location. My fine art is an expression of my own creation to please my senses but I can adapt to a variety of styles to please the customers tastes for commissioned orders.
