Sue Nomura studied watercolor painting with Penny Arenson in New Jersey in 1993, and then studied drawing techniques when she moved to Texas 9 years ago. She fell in love with oil in 1997 and discovered that it was her favorite medium. She studied with an artist Pama Monfries in 2001, and renowned James Tennison in 2004.
