Our parent company, Portobello Art, was established in 1987, so weve been in the art, print and framing trade for over 20 years We started digital printing about 56 years ago and probably began the trend of canvas pictures by supplying the likes of Asda & Costco. About four years ago many consumers started contacting Portobello Art, our trade company, wanting a single canvas picture or to put their photo onto canvas. Hence canvasRus The website was launched in March 2004 and was probably one of the first digital printing companies to offer this service to the retail public.
