RGH first started making artists oil paints in 1989 in Rosendale, a small village in the midHudson region of New York State. In those early days we made about twenty five different colors. They were manufactured on a small laboratory sized three roll mill. Five years later, we moved to Albany, New York, where we presently have our facilities. Today we manufacture over one hundred different colors on our large sized production three roll mill, as well as dried pigments and mediums. Even though the size of our operation has become larger over the years, we have always been dedicated to manufacturing the highest quality professional grade artists oil paints.
